REFUNDS

In case of early departure there is no refund.

In case of renunciation of the booked stay, the deposit will be returned to the customer as a percentage and precisely: Up to 28 days in advance of the arrival date: 60% refund of the deposit; From 28 to 14 days in advance of the arrival date: refund equal to 40% of the deposit; From 14 to 0 days before the arrival date: no refund of the deposit.
